A new community recycling project is underway in Atlantic Shores in Christ Church.
Organisers say it is aimed at encouraging Barbadians to rethink waste management and get into the habit of recycling.
It was the brainchild of resident Shari Lobo, who decided to do something about the recent challenges with garbage collection around the island.

Attorney General Adriel Brathwaite says he is concerned that the older generation is out of touch with island’s youth.
